Ramada Hotel by Wyndham – Saskatoon remains committed to supporting Kinsmen Telemiracle by extending its food service to the students at Vincent Massey. We are genuinely delighted to contribute to this meaningful initiative in Saskatchewan.

We are grateful that we had the chance to help our community by hosting a food and clothes drive for Saskatoon Indian and Métis Friendship Centre.

Here is a flashback to our success with the Team-Sask NAIG fundraiser we had on June 21st, 2022, National Indigenous Peoples Day. We also wanted to give a big shoutout to our amazing sponsors! Our fundraiser wouldn’t have been so special without their help!

The Longbranch recently hosted a fundraising event in support of breast cancer research.  

We would like to thank Kent and his dedicated staff for their efforts to improve the lives of those Suffering from this terrible disease.

Ramada Saskatoon staff took part in the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation  on September 30th.   

The staff took time out of their day to participate in prayer and discussion with elders.  This day provides an opportunity to recognize and commemorate the tragic history and ongoing legacy of residential schools, and to honour survivors, their families and communities.

Ramada Saskatoon raises awareness each year by wearing pink t-shirts to support Anti-Bullying initiatives worldwide. This year, the staff wore Pink shirts designed by First Nations Canadian artists.

Anti-Bullying Day is a day when people wear a pink shirt to symbolize a stand against bullying, an idea that originated in Canada. It is celebrated on various dates around the world. In Canada this year, it’s February 24th.

Ramada Hotel Saskatoon is displaying blue exterior lights in support of our many health care professionals and first responders, who have sacrificed so much during the COVID pandemic.

The Ramada Hotel- Saskatoon supports our partners at the Canadian Red Cross. On Feb 27/19 the staff wore pink t-shirts to help raise awareness about bullying issues in our communities. Ramada Saskatoon is a proud sponsor and partner of the Canadian Red Cross.

 The Ramada Saskatoon staff have taken part in a two day workshop presented by the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies, titled “From Truth to Reconciliation” in which we learned of the history and legacy of the Residential School System, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the Calls to Action. This is part of Ramada Saskatoon’s initiative to strengthen and enhance our relationships within our communities, In particular, with our First Nation partners.

Ramada Hotel Saskatoon continues to support those in need, we have been supplying for Care and Share Holiday Meal Program and Kinsmen Telemiracle as our sponsorship commitment to the community.

Our Ramada Golf Dome played host to the Saskatchewan Blind Sports Association (as seen on the CTV Saskatoon morning show). To bring awareness of sporting opportunities for those with visual impairments.
